How does it work?
We break down and modify the traditional Pilates exercises to give you more achievable and safe steps. We’re passionate about increasing awareness of core strength connection and postural awareness. So we’ll gradually build your strength, flexibility ad confidence – as well as the enjoyment of your movements freeing up.
