TEENS CLASSES
These classes are running in 6-week courses, following school terms.
At Beyond Move, we created something for teens – a bit of Pilates conditioning, stretching and some dance moves.
We’re qualified teachers who provide a safe, friendly environment to help your child/teen feel confident in learning & developing motor skills, balance and core strength.
Starting Pilates and Yoga from a young age helps establish a great and natural approach to exercise. A healthy lifestyle also helps with good breathing and posture.
Kids Pilates
Currently no classes for kids under 12 years old.
We all need to exercise, especially children. Our kids are in a formal school setting from the age of 4, which involves a lot of sitting – which in turn impacts their behaviour and posture.
Let’s all work together to encourage our children to move, jump and have fun.
All exercises are age-appropriate and low-impact, supporting our belief in establishing a safe workout.
