Sound Healing and Cacao Ceremony

You are lovingly invited to our next Cacao & Sound Healing Session. We will open the space, drinking some delicious heart-opening Cacao to call in our hearts desires.

With the Sound journey, we get to lie back and experience the therapeutic sounds of the crystal bowls. Sending your body & nervous system into a relaxed state of being and allowing the vibrations to cleanse & clean your energy body.

All you need to do is bring yourself as you are and comfy clothes, pillow & a blanket.

This offering is an opportunity to come together and focus on our self-care.

We’ll drop out of our heads and into our bodies for a gentle restorative sound journey – with crystal bowls and other healing sounds.

What do bring and prepare:

⭐ Try not to eat or drink anything heavy, if possible, an hour before we start, so your body isn’t using all its energy for digestion during the session.

⭐ Bring a blanket, pillow, or cushions as you’ll be on the floor lying down for most of the time – so please bring something for your own comfort and so you feel warm. You can even bring an eye mask if you’d like to deepen the experience.
