“My philosophy is that we should try as many kinds of movement as possible. So then, if you need more stability in your life, you can use Pilates; some days, you need strength and power, so use weight training; other days, you need to tap into your flow - so dance! Each approach offers a different way to understand our nature. Move your body, and it will change your mind!”
Rachel Muldoon

Pro dancer & performer, our beautiful Rachel is always looking to develop her understanding of the body; she enjoys sharing the benefit of her experience with others, be it injury rehab with young dancers or you lovely Beyonders. Rachel’s classes emphasise body empowerment, fun and flow.
