WHO IS THE FOUNDATION PROGRAM FOR?

Anyone new to Pilates, that hasn’t practiced for a while or you’ve never been to Beyond Move. Our 30 day program will show you the foundations of Pilates and our welcoming studio. This introductory offer gives you 8 class credits and access to all our general classes for an entire month. Whether you're a beginner or Pilates pro, this program is designed to lay the groundwork for a strong, consistent, and balanced body.

First Time at Beyond Move

Some Tips and Info

  1. WHEN YOU ARRIVE.

    If you arrive to class and the previous class is still ongoing then just wait at the reception; our teacher will greet you. (If the same teacher is teaching, please wait outside, she will be out for you as soon as she can)

    Come on in and introduce yourself to the instructor!

    They will show you the studio, where to put your things etc.

    Make sure you mention any injuries or things we may need to be aware of before starting your class.

  2. WHAT TO WEAR.

    We recommend wearing something comfortable.

    Socks are a must. Grip socks are the way to go & we have them in the studio.

  3. THE VIBE.

    Challenging, sweaty, controlled, fun.

  4. LEAVE YOUR WORRIES AT THE DOOR.

    Leave all your daily thoughts or whatever is weighing your mind down at the door, and take some deep breaths to get you grounded and focused on the next 55 minutes.

    Our classes usually begin with a warm-up followed by a flow of moves curated with some fun tunes.
