PILATES & STRETCH THERAPY

Stretch therapy is a low impact class. It helps to improve flexibility and posture as well encouraging you to learn more about your body and it’s capabilities. This class focuses on deep stretching of all the main muscles and muscle groups in your body. 

This class is designed to help everyone; those who experience stiffness stemming from poor posture, lifestyle (for example desk/driving based jobs), age, or tightness experienced post injury. 

We begin with simple exercises and over time work on more complex and compound stretches. Although you are encouraged to progress at your own pace, our teachers will give personal attention in order to push yourself to find your limits. 

Our teachers will help to pinpoint where your restrictions are and improve flexibility in the chain of movement.
